House is 10 minutes walk from either Brixton tube or Clapham North. Great location for transport links and a 2 minute walk from a bus stop that takes you all the way to East London.
One large bathroom and also an additional toilet and shower. We also have a garden and a living room with sofa and TV.
Looking for an easy going housemate, rent is £700pm and that includes all bills.
