Excellent choice for PHD and Masters students. Walking distance to Imperial college.

HOUSE RULES :2

2. There is only 1 really important rule. That with visitors staying overnight, we must give each other advance notice.(through house WhatsApp) The room is advertised for one, so an overnight visitor is at the courtesy of the others in the flat, and without noise and disturbance and infrequently. We all want to save a hotel bill for family member, boyfriend/girlfriend, friend, but it must be notified in advance and infrequent (ie 2 times a month max).

If this is not suitable, please avoid agreeing to this ‘soft but respectful rule’ moving in and then suddenly attempting to change the rule through argument and conflict after moving in. It’s unreasonable to attempt this and a huge waste of everybody’s time not to mention stressful.

Sorry to be so clear on this. The room cannot be converted to a couples room after moving in at single room price. This is becoming more of a problem and so I have been forced to express this in an unequivocal agreement before moving in to avoid misunderstandings later.
We still welcome each other’s friends in the daytime and occasional friend or family member overnight is possible if done so with respectful advance warning and quietly.
