Very nice and warm flat, not on Main street, so very quiet. The flat offers most furniture and a large storage room. Good size living room and bedroom.

Only consider renting to long-term tenants(at least to the Dec. 2025). Has to go through reference check with the landlord and agent. professional preferred. the rent includes water bills.
