Single room available in Zone1

Hi!!

I have a flat which has two rooms, in zone 1 very convenient area (Earls Court), full of shops banks post office etc, etc...Two tube stations (Earls Court and Westbrompton) walking distance (2 mins) and many buses.

The single room is available, the flat has, bathroom kitchen and living room, it is clean, secure and very cosy.

I am a lawyer very busy so, looking for someone as a student who is doing or going to do an internship or a professional, mature and reliable.

I do not like to be specific about the profile of potential flatmate I truly believe in common sense.
