Spacious room in cozy loft-style flat

Hi there! I’m looking for a friendly, tidy female to rent the largest room in my gorgeous loft-style flat. It’s a bright and spacious room with an en-suite shower and space for a TV if you’d like.

The flat is located just a 2-minute walk from Earls Court station, with access to the beautiful and private Philbeach Gardens. The building was recently renovated last month, so everything feels fresh and new.

There are three bedrooms in total, but one is used as a walk-in closet for coats, shoes, and clothes, so you’ll have plenty of storage! There’s also a separate storage room downstairs (the size of a double bedroom!), so space is never an issue here.

The flat is massive—over 80 sqm (860 sqft)—with a bright, open kitchen, dining area, and living space, lit beautifully by ceiling windows. There’s even a separate downstairs toilet for convenience.

A little about me: I work in property development in South Kensington and am out of the flat until about 6:30 PM on weekdays. I love cooking (especially in the island kitchen!), coffee, wine, and my own space, but I’m always happy to listen and share with people in my life. Oh, and I absolutely don’t mind dogs—in fact, I’d love it if you have one!

My sister and I designed this flat together and put so much care into making it feel like home. I’d love to share it with someone who will appreciate the space as much as I do.
