I’m looking to sublet my bright and newly refurbished first-floor bedsit located in a well-maintained Victorian building, just a few minutes’ walk from Gloucester Road station and Imperial College London. The room is compact but efficiently laid out, furnished with a single bed, a dining/work table, wardrobe, and a kitchenette with fridge-freezer, 2-ring electric hob, microwave, and sink.

The bathroom is modern and shared with only two other Imperial students. There’s also a coin-operated laundry room in the building. The room faces a quiet street and gets plenty of natural light through beautiful large sash windows.

No smoking, no pets, single occupancy only. Heating and water are included in the rent. Electricity, Wi-Fi, and council tax (if applicable) are paid separately.
