I am moving out of the country and I need someone to replace me in this amazing flat.

It is a two bedroom flat with a living room and separate kitchen. There is one bathroom in the property and both the bathroom and kitchen are new. There is wooden floor in the whole flat.
There is also a recently renewed private garden, ideal for summer days.

The property is located in Lillie Rd, a main road that has everything. There is a GP, The Prince pub, etc. You also have North End Rd within 1 minute walking where you can find Coop, Poundland, Iceland and so many shops.
1 minute walking to the West Brompton Tube station and 7 mins to Earl's Court.

The rent does not include bills but with the bills is about £900 a month.

I always felt here like home. You will be living with Angela, a professional in her 30s who works in the city. She's super nice, clean and respectful, she's the best.
