a clean , nice and quiet double room is offered to a professional in a Fulham flat share.

The room is on the first floor and very quiet

You can contact me on whats up too,
for one person four quid per week as council tax and extra four gbp per week as cleaning service in the property once every two weeks .

The room for two or couple the payment is 20 gbp more per week.
The flat has 3 bedrooms,
One fully equipped fitted kitchen,
One bathroom, one toilet
Washing machine,
The room is furnished and comes with TV

The room has been decorated a nice light colour and has a double bed, wood en wardrobe and fitted cupboards.

Hammersmith Underground Station is a ten minute walk away or a few short stops on the plentiful local buses.

In addition cost only four quid per week as includes for the electric bill only, everything else i pay. Public transports in addition buses 430, 211, 74 run close to the house into Central London South Kensington, Knightsbridge, Waterloo and Victoria.
The N74 night bus route operates all night.

There is a Waitrose, Sainsburys and Tesco nearby as well as numerous shops, bars and restaurants as well as a couple of nice pubs, including one next to the River Thames which is 3 minutes walk away.

There are a choice of gyms and a swimming pool a short walk away.

The room is offered for one or two person only. six months tenancy would be good, but a shorter let is also possible.
