Bedroom with private bathroom in Fulham for £1,250 (without bills) in Fulham. The flat is 2 bedroom 2 bathrooms and I am looking for a tenant to replace my flatmate from 24 August 2024. We have been living at this property for 4 years, and the flat is under a single contract (total rent £2,700 without bills, - split £1,450 for me and £1,250 for the advertised ensuite). Bills amount to roughly 180£/person per month. The flat has lots of amenities, including washing machine, dishwasher, coffee machine. There is a desk in the shared living room for whoever takes this room as i have my own desk in my room (see picture of living room). Flat is an 8 min walk from west brompton station, or west kensington, and about 12 mins walk from fulham broadway and earls court. I am looking for a clean and tidy flatmate. I work in the office most/all days a week so i am usually at home in the evenings onward. Tenant will require reference checks by the agency and zero deposit scheme is an option, otherwise a deposit required.
