This is a 1,000 sq ft appartment in a low rise gated mews block in a conservation area overlooking Fulham Road, 10 mins walk to the tube with buses and bike rental stand just outside. Downstairs is also safe to put a bike.

This double room is available initially short term by the month for up to 3 months (may also be renewed monthly after that)

Available for short let min. 4 weeks (the rent will be slightly higher than for longer)
Or 1 month for 1 person or a couple renewable

The double bed has a handmade Hypnos mattress with the Royal warrant).

Would suit someone (or a couple) who has just arrived in London and want to be central whilst they finding somewhere long term etc. Currently one female has got the second bedroom but may or may not be there much and then plan to move out. This is a large appartment with a large roof terrace. It won’t suit someone who is working from home 4-6 days a week as the space would need to be shared equally. The living room and kitchen is one large area on the entire 2nd floor with the bedrooms upstairs.
