I’m looking for a new flatemate (girls preferred mid 20s-30s) in my cute sw6, 2bed 1bath. Available Feb 15th ✨

🛏️The room: small double, comes furnished (bed mattress wardrobe), super cozy, bright!

💷Rent: £1125 + bills (split)

📍Location: Less than 5 minutes to West brompton station (overground and district line), 7 minutes to Earls Court, 12 minutes to Fulham Broadway.

🏡The flat: the flat is small but mighty! Cute living room with space for up to 10 people (more if you really like your friends) I cant see myself leaving anytime soon.

The Area is super quiet, despite the Prince down the street, local coffee shops and the best little deli on our street. Lidl is a 5 min walk and 10 to waitrose and new M&S. There is also padel social club down the street that was just bought by stormzy. I’ve been him and tom holland there before 😂

💁🏽‍♀️About me: I’m Ariana, 29, originally from the states but coming up on 5 years here. I’m a graphic designer and commute to SoHo for work 3 times a week. I occasionally get background acting work. I go to virgin active just down the road (I love it there). I often am out and about at museums, seeing friends, at the gym or just lounging in the house doing crafts.

I love to cook, which means I definitely am cooking for you if you’d like. Anything from Italian to Mexican (homemade because I miss the real stuff). Love movie nights, chats, doing stuff together! I’d really love to find a friend rather than just a flatmate. I do like to have alone time so not upset if that’s the vibe you’d like to have sometimes.

I occasionally take care of a lovely little dog named Kim. If you like dogs, you’ll love everything about her. However, if you’d rather not have dogs in the flat I understand.
