Bright private room in a stylish 2-bedroom flat in a peaceful and safe area. You will only be sharing the flat with me. The flat has a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living area with plenty of natural light, and beautiful Thames river views just across the street, perfect for walks. Sainsbury’s is only a 2-minute walk away, with cafés, restaurants and a gym nearby. Bills are included within reasonable use.

I am friendly, respectful and easy-going, and I’m looking for someone with a similar mindset who values a clean, calm and comfortable home.

Please note:

* This room is best suited to someone looking for a flexible arrangement rather than a guaranteed long-term tenancy.
* There is no fixed maximum stay, and you are welcome to stay for as long as we are both happy with the arrangement.
* The agreement is directly with me, with one month’s notice required from either side.
* Family and friends are welcome to visit, but I do not allow partner visits.
