I’m looking for a flatmate to join a lovely, fully furnished apartment in the heart of Fulham.

The room is a bright and comfortable double bedroom, fully furnished as shown in the photos, including a double bed and wardrobe, with plenty of space to make it your own.

One of the highlights of the property is the incredible outdoor space. The flat benefits from a large patio area that’s perfect for enjoying a coffee in the morning or relaxing after work, as well as a private garden where bikes can be stored securely.

Rent: £1,300 per month
Bills: Approximately £160 per person per month
Move-in date: Available from 1st July

A quick note on timing: due to my current tenancy agreement, I’ll be moving into the flat myself on 11th July, but the second room is available from 1st July.

About Me

I’m 24 and recently moved to London for work. I work as an Account Manager at a macroeconomic research company. I spend most of the week in the office and usually work from home one day per week.

As a flatmate, I value a clean, comfortable, and respectful home environment. I’m naturally tidy and prefer keeping shared spaces clean as I go rather than leaving chores to build up.

Outside of work, I love being active and spending time outdoors. You’ll usually find me playing volleyball, climbing, hiking, or exploring different parts of London. I’m sociable and enjoy having a friendly atmosphere at home, but I also respect personal space and downtime.

I’m looking for someone easygoing, considerate, and clean who is looking for a home rather than just a place to stay.
