I'm moving out of my room in a fantastic house in the heart of Fulham and looking for a social person aged between 23-28.

🏠The House:
You'll be living with 3 friendly Aussie guys aged 25-27. It's a sociable house with a great atmosphere-everyone enjoys a chat and spending time together while still respecting each other's space.

The room backs onto the private yard, making it feel bright, open, and surprisingly spacious. It's a great-sized double room with plenty of space to make it your own. Cupboard only recently put in, and happy to sell for $$ to save you the hassle of getting new storage! Mattress & ensemble come with the room.

💵Rent & Tenancy Details
* Rent: £900 PCM
* Bills: Approximately £120 PCM (can be slightly higher during winter months)
* Deposit: £1,150 (paid upfront)
* Move-in date: 3rd August
* £750 rent due with deposit upfront for August rent
* Rent is due on the 29th of each month
* Current lease runs until October, with the opportunity to extend beyond that
