Spacious double in sociable garden 2 bed

There is a lovely, spacious double available in the flat I’ve been renting for 5 years. I love this flat and keen to get another great flatmate to share with.

Its a decent sized 2 bed on the ground floor of a gorgeous period block in a quiet, private road. It’s really safe and quiet with a lovely community feel (David Gandy used to live next door but unfortunately moved out - we still spot him in the area though!). There are loads of pubs and shops in the area and I love going to the Tuesday night pub quiz! It is not a party flat though.

Amazingly convenient location - less than 10 minutes walk to Putney Bridge tube, 15 to Parsons Green, 20 to Putney overground and buses just outside that take about 15 minutes to Hammersmith. The river and Bishops Park are also a short walk away. Perfect for tennis, running and walks by the river.

The room is a nice size, furnished with bed, wardrobe, drawers and shelves. There is flexibility if you want to bring your own stuff though. The window overlooks the garden so it’s pretty quiet.

The flat has a kitchen which opens out directly onto a shared garden, Perfect for sunbathing, BBQs or cocktails! The flat also has a large Separate lounge and bathroom with a bath/shower.

Sharing with me - a sociable, sporty girl in my 30s. I work in marketing and my policy is work hard/play hard. I travel a fair amount and do sports as often as I can. I'd like to share with someone sociable, clean, tidy and respectful, with similar interests to me, to share a bottle of wine or pop to the local.
