Hello! I’m subletting my studio in South Kensington, one of the safest and most affluent areas in London. The location is incredible — Gloucester Road Station (Circle, District, and Piccadilly lines) is only a 3-minute walk away. Waitrose, Tesco Express, Burger King, Starbucks, Caffè Nero, and KFC are also all within a 3-minute walk.

Hyde Park is about 20 minutes on foot, and the Victoria & Albert Museum, Natural History Museum, and Science Museum are all roughly a 10-minute walk away. It’s a perfect area for walks, and in the two years I’ve lived here, I’ve never once had any concerns about safety.

The room is a private studio you’ll have entirely to yourself, and you’re welcome to use everything I’m leaving behind, including a rice cooker, air fryer, smart monitor, and more. The bathroom is located just outside the room and is shared with one other person, but it’s in excellent condition.
