Considerate couple or individual for a room.

We have one room available that would be ideal for an individual. The flat has central heating and both rooms are comfortably furnished with beds, wardrobes and tables. It’s a medium-sized room and it has a large window. You’ll be sharing with a small family.

The flat is very well located, near Vauxhall, Stockwell and Clapham Junction. It’s 10-12 minutes’ walk to Stockwell, Clapham Common and Vauxhall tubes and only 5 minutes’ walk to Wandsworth Road Overground. There are also regular buses to Clapham Junction, Battersea and Chelsea Bridge.

We would like responsible, reliable and clean person to share. We need to trust that you would look after the safety of the flat when you are alone. It is a no-smoking flat and we would like our tenants to be sensible with drink as it is a family flat..

There is a fully-functioning kitchen although you will need to bring some cookware. No cooking in the room is permitted, no smoking or drinking in the flat! as We are a Christian Family.. Sorry! We would like you to pay weekly. A two week deposit is needed in advance to secure the room and you will need to provide proof of an actualised Visa. We will be unable to provide support regarding Visa applications or benefits and suchlike.
You need to keep your room clean to guarantee your staying with us longer.

We are a Spanish and English speaking family. Please contact Jenny if you want to see the room and arrange a visit. This is a place for a humble person who really needs to rest and do his personal things after work. It’s not designed for a person to relax and entertain themselves, Although we understand we are under “pandemic system” But activities are always required to Support and mantain a good “Mental Health Living” keep going in the right Track.
