Room to let between Battersea and Clapham Common

A lovely 4-bed houseshare that’s closer to Clapham Common park than Battersea Park. Our broadband is compliments of Richard Branson at Virgin Media and it is lightening fast. We have an excellent washer/dryer and close to the social scene of Clapham and Lambeth. We are a very chill and sociable trio who respect your space. Please be very tidy and clean with common areas and don’t let this place be ground zero for infestations. I haven’t needed to assassinate a mouse in 6 years and want to keep that going. Plenty of storage in the room and a common storage area downstairs. I manage the property for the landlord who lives in a far away land. We have two bathrooms and showers. Energy costs are included but it does cost an additional £20 -30 per month in winter months. Everything else is covered in the rent.
