Due to a flatmate moving I'm looking for someone who would like to move into a double room in a lovely riverside flat in St George Wharf, Vauxhall.
The room is large and well lit, and you would be free to arrange the furniture as it suits you. It contains a double bed, bedside drawers, desk and chair (so you can work remotely comfortably), chest of drawers, wardrobe and a tall bookshelf.
The apartment is a new build with good proportions and large windows.
There is a large front room and kitchen area.
There is plenty of additional storage space in the apartment for suitcases and boxes.
The apartment is 1 minute away from Vauxhall tube, train + bus station. Its 5 mins on the tube (Victoria Line) to Victoria, 10 mins to Oxford St, 15 mins to the City and 25 mins to Canary Wharf, so very central and easy to get around.
The apartment complex has a 24hr concierge, gym, Tesco, NHS clinic, dental surgery, dry cleaners, art cafe and some bars and restaurants on the river front - for when things open up.
There is lift that goes down to the car park in the basement where you can store bicycles in a locked cage. If you have a car, there is parking available but you will need to buy a residents parking permit.
You would be sharing the apartment with a female professional working in marketing. She is tidy person who enjoys socialising while also respecting personal space. She works from home a few days a week thus appreciates a nice pleasant work / home environment and a clean flat.
