Bedrooms available in Nine Elms (Zone 1)

Hi,
My two lovely flatmates are going to move out in the next month, which means I'm looking to find new people to live with. There are 2 bedrooms available one is slightly smaller (bedroom 2), and rent is the same.
The flat is in a nice area on a quiet street, a 3 min walk away from Nine Elms tube station (Northern Line), and a 15 min walk away from Vauxhall station (Rail and Victoria line).
Both bedrooms come with furniture (most of the white furniture you see on the photos).
Unfortunately there is no shared living room, but the bedrooms are decently sized.
Shared bathroom, kitchen, and hallway. The flat is on the 3rd floor with no lift, so if you're less mobile or hate stairs this might not be it. There is a cute communal garden area that's shared with all the building with some grass, trees, space for bikes, kids play area, and basketball field, which is great for a little picnic gathering.

I'm Negin, 27 years old and I am doing my PhD. In my free time I dance a lot (Zouk, Bachata, Salsa - just for fun!), I enjoy cycling around over the summer, and spending time outdoors, I like reading or listening to audiobooks, doing Pilates and gym! I usually batch cook so I won't have to cook everyday.

I am looking for two friendly, clean, and respectful flatmates to live with and make the flat feel like home. We try our best to keep the flat as clean and tidy as possible and we have a NO SHOES policy in the flat as it's mostly carpet.

The bills (Gas, Electricity, Water, Wifi) come to around £90 per person.

Other mature students are preferred only for council tax reasons! :) if I really like you as long as you are happy to pay the council tax (£160 pm) yourself we can work it out! (please let me know in your message)
