Short term double room available in SW8

The booking is only a short term one, for two, maybe three weeks… The room just had someone staying for two weeks, but he leaves on the 24th.
It’s ideal for someone new to London who just wants an initial place instead of staying in hostels/hotels whilst they look for something more longer term

Good sized double room….room to yourself. Not a shared room
Tv in room to use if you wish

No living room, I use that room as my space and to sleep

Shared use of kitchen, bathroom and seperate toilet

Use of a wardrobe and the top two drawers of a chest of drawers .

Thé flat is not a modern new build. The Patmore Estate was built in the 1950’s. The decor inside the flat is neutral colours.

Flat is situated just 6 mins walk from northern line Battersea Power Station on one side and Wandsworth Road on the other.- 20mins walk to Vauxhall or Stockwell tube stations on Victoria Line. New Covent Garden market where there is a huge sunday market each week and the daily early morning flower market are just a 5mins walk away.

Happy to take someone just Monday to Friday if they wish with adjusted rate down to 120£

I am gay but most people would never guéss it. You can be whatever you are. Mutual respect. Happy to share with gay or straight.

I am a down to earth, relaxed, friendly guy but keep myself to myself most of the time apart from a friendly conversation in the kitchen or a hello in the morning.

Will suit someone who doesn’t spend a lot of time at home . Ideally you should therefore be employed or a busy student.

If you have an indoor cat, that would be acceptable but a cat only. They wouldn’t have much space but I leave that down to you. Happy to play with them too

Bills included in the weekly rent. Rent is 10£ less per week if you don’t need Wi-Fi

You can use the washing machine a couple of times in a week if you wish
