Double Bedroom £1150

Hey all! I currently have a double bedroom to rent. There is no communal living room. However bills are all included in the monthly rent which is £1150 Room is already furnished. The bed is a storage ottoman bed .Room includes a 49 inch SMART TV giving you access to Netflix , BBC IPlayer etc and also comes with free view .Also room has floating shelves.

NOTE- please note the rent £1150
a month INCLUDES ALL BILLS(gas /electric etc ) & CLEANING. You will only be expected to take the bins down in the lift nothing else. (Your room is yours to keep tidy)
I manage the general cleaning of all communal /shared areas (toilet / kitchen / bathroom and hallway)

TRAVEL

Stockwell station is a 9 minute walk away , aswell as Vauxhall station is 3 bus stops down the road & also Nine Elms station 2 stops down the road via Wandsworth road , which is a 3 minute walk from the flat.

I am looking for someone clean and tidy , easy going. I work a lot , so I’m in and out a lot. There is a DEPOSIT of £100 required to secure the room & then rent it’s self to be paid on move in date & then rent is due that same date for the following months. (Couples-If you are a couple you are welcome but the rent would be slightly higher than advertised due to energy usage /bills within the flat as it’s two of you. Please message to discuss this.)
