We're two young professionals looking for a third housemate to share our awesome split-level maisonette after our third housemate pulled out. It's got three double bedrooms, a cool open plan kitchen and dining area. Plus, it's decked out with modern features throughout.

A bit about us, Kat and I (Liv) both met in university and have jobs in central London in marketing and corporate sales. We both work in London but I work from home Mondays and Friday, so looking for someone who will be respectful about everyone’s space and work commitments. Kat and I love a beverage (alcoholic or otherwise) and a boogie but also love to hunker down for a rom com. The perfect mixture of a bit of chaos but a lot of calm🧘🏽‍♀️

Situated near Clapham Old Town and Clapham High Street, everything you need is in walking distance. Whether it's grabbing a coffee at a local café or exploring the green spaces of Clapham Common, there's always something to do around here.

And getting around is super easy too, with Clapham Common tube station (Northern line) and Nine Elms both 15 mins away. As well as this, we have a bus stop at the end of our road and Wandsworth Road overground one street over🫶🏼

Killyon Road is on the fringes of Clapham Old Town. Located close to a wide range of shops, restaurants and cafes in Clapham Old Town and Clapham High Street and the large open green spaces of Clapham Common.

The room available is at the back of the house and is a double room. The bathroom is a shared bathroom. All of our rooms are currently also scheduled to be repainted so they will be nice and fresh for summer time !!

✨Rent for this room is £967 pcm as well as an additional £100 on bills (council tax, WiFi, insurance, electricity etc)✨
