I am moving out of my flat in mid-August and am looking for someone to take over my tenancy for a minimum of 3 months (with possibility to extend the contract for a year) -the flat is a two bed, two bathroom, 1 minute walk from Oval station
It is double gated, so super safe and surrounding area is busy at night!
You’ll be living with Maliha (24) who is a reporter for Vouge and she’s looking for a woman in their 20s to replace me :)
The room is en suite with 2 double wardrobes and a lot of natural light. We have a large open plan lounge with a dining table and a tv area.
Rent is £1522 a month including council tax and bills!
