Hi, I have really good size double bed to rent oposite Battersea Power Station. Room comes with double bed, memory foam mattrace, big wardrobe, shelvings, bed side cabinet, small desk. There is high speed 1gbts fibre wifi.
Flat is located on the top floor (4th) - lift available :)
Great location, good neighbourhood, room is located off the road so it is quiet. Great view from the room through double glazed window. I keept this room clean and well maintained, no smoking.
You will be sharing the flat with two other professional flatmates which are really easy going. Strictly NO PARTIES, NO SMOKING.
You must be easy going, clean, tidy and respectfull. Weekly cleaning roster or you can pay around £30 for professional cleaner to do job for you.
Landlord might need proof of employment or employeer references.
Extremely low bills and council tax!
Rent- £580 (rent increase from mid September by 10%)
Council tax - ~£23
Gas/electricity - 50 on avverage (lowest £30)
Water - £15
Wifi - £10
