We are looking for someone to share a room with, in our three bedroom flat. The single room will come furnished or partly furnished and is £690 pcm ( bills inclusive ) in the heart of vauxhall/oval.

The place is a beautiful three bedroom flat with a living room, in a really lovely, quiet and safe area. Great access to several lovely parks (vauxhall and kennington Park are 5-10min walking distance) and there are also, nice and trendy cafes and restaurants around as well.
It has good access to public transport, only 5 mins from the nearest bus stop (there are plenty of other bus stops in a 10 min radius) and 10 min from the nearest train station, which takes you to kings cross in about 20 mins, there is also a vauxhall train station close by which takes you to London Bridge and there is an underground at oval station in walking distance as well, which takes you to various central locations.
There is a big sainsbury’s in 10 min and a small tesco express and a coop, 10 min, walking distance and a couple of off-licences even closer 2 min away!

Your future room is looking out into a beautiful road, beautiful Victorian houses across, a lovely desk by the window and the morning sun coming through your window, really nice for reading, chilling or eating when the days are warm.

The bathroom and toilet are right across your room, the kitchen is fully equipped, but also your room comes with an extra fridge, microwave, TV, kettle, for those days when you are too tired, to come downstairs, and need a little alone time, which is a bonus! The kitchen has a TV as well.
There is also a cosy living room, perfect for eating dinner, it has a balcony but that is not part of what you are paying for,.

Your future flatmates are me and my girlfriend, with three little kids a 9year old girl, who is the oldest, two little boys, one is 7, and the other is 5, we are all friendly, very tidy and respectful of each other’s privacy,
We are also looking for someone respectful, friendly very Tidy who cares for their home space and also relaxed.
Ideally female in her late 20s -30s , someone who is not working from home and who’s schedule matches comfortably and works for all of us.
