Double room to rent

Hello! We are two young professionals (teacher and nurse) looking for a new flatmate for our third room. We are a sociable flat, enjoy cooking, going to gigs and travelling. It's a cosy flat in a lovely central area, unfortunately we don't have a living room but we make do without. The flat is not suitable for people who work from home as the largest bedroom doubles as a living room. The flat is very warm in winter and bills are super reasonable.
