Rent is £975 a month! Bills are not included but are about £130-£150 per month. All the bills and broadband are already set up.

Our landlord is on board with us sub-letting the room and you can continue the lease with him if you can fill the other room, and all sign on for 1 year contract.

The flat is a 3 min walk from Wandsworth Road for the overground, 12 minute walk from Nine Elms and 15 mins from Clapham North! You can get to Battersea Power Station in a 10 minute walk and Vauxhall station is only a 8 min bus away!

We’re a couple (Charlotte and Jack) who rent the larger double room. We are both 26 and in full time work. Jack is a physiotherapist and I’m an Architectural Assistant who is also in part time study at Kingston University. We enjoy watching funny tv shows, exercise, travelling and cooking! Although we love socialising we also are happy to keep to ourselves.
