The studio is furnished with a queen-size bed with under-bed storage, a new mattress, breakfast table, large wardrobe, 2 barstools, a bedside table, a 2-tier shoe rack, microwave/oven, induction hob, fridge, mirror.

NOT included:
- Bills (council tax (Lambeth), electricity (around 40 GBP per month), Wi-Fi (30-40 per month depending on the speed you select), water (around 10 GBP per month) and heating (30 GBP per month))
- Sadly laundry is not included, but there are brand new washing machines and dryers on each floor that are very easy to use
