Our lease ends in the end of May 2025, but you can choose to sign a 12-month tenancy agreement with the landlord or just to replace us for these last 4.5 months. Available for move-in in January!

The studio is furnished with a queen-size bed with under-bed storage, a new mattress, breakfast table, large wardrobe, 2 barstools, a bedside table, a 2-tier shoe rack, microwave/oven, induction hob, fridge.

- Sadly laundry is not included, but there are brand new washing machines and dryers on each floor that are very easy to use
