I am leaving my room. The flat itself is very well located. You have Stockwell (Zone 2), Clapham North (Zone 2) and Nine Elms (Zone 1) in a 10-15 min walking radius.
Vauxhall and Clapham Junction are 20-25 min walking or easy accessible via bus.

Next to Nine Elms is a big Sainsburies and close to Stockwell is a Lidl, which makes getting groceries a piece of cake.
You are 20min walking from Battersea Power station.

Bills are not included but equate to ~£100 per month. Most months I pay about £850 in total for the room.

The room is the biggest in the flat and has all furniture in it. There is a small sofa that will stay. It’s comfy to sit on while watching TV or reading. The flat itself is very quiet and everyone is lovely. We all work different schedules so we rarely see each other.
