Looking for someone to fill my room in SW8!! A lot of new faces in the flat so ideal for someone who’s looking to meet some people and live in a really well connected spot! Everyone works full time with a mix of wfh and in office, and obviously has their own things going on as well!

The flatmates:
You’ll be living with 2 kiwi’s, a brit and a canadian, so it’s a bit of a mix! everyone’s in their 20s and super very friendly

The location:
Well connected with many bus stops within 5 minutes walk, as well as:
- 10 minute walk to Wandsworth Road overground
- 15-20 minute walk to Clapham Common Overground
-20 minute walk to Battersea Power Station
- 10 minute walk to Sainsbury’s and Tesco

The fun stuff:
- Rent is £790 per month
- Bills usually come to £80 - £110 per month, includes a cleaner, wifi, and basic bills

Move in date is 16th of March so looking to get viewings done ASAP - up until Sunday the 9th of March. This is unfortunately a non-negotiable. If you need an extra week that’s fine, but rent will be paid from the 16th :).
