This double room is in a 3 bed flat located in Lambeth with 2 lovely girls - Vauxhall, Nine Elms and Oval Stations are a 10 minute walk away so great location. There is also a huge Sainsbury’s nearby.
The rent is £1020 + around £80 on bills per month.

I’m only moving out as I have had the opportunity to move abroad for work, this flat is great and very homely, I met the girls on SpareRoom, they are both professionals aged 27-29 and would love a social girl who would want to be friends as well as flat mates :)

One of the rooms is an en-suite so you will be sharing the bathroom with only one of the girls who is super clean! The room available is a great size with huge windows so gets a lot of light. The flat is 2 floors with the living room upstairs so great space.
