Room available in Battersea/Clapham Flat

Hey everyone!

I have a room available in my two bed Battersea/Clapham flat. Move in date is on 13th June 2025.

📍SW8 (10 min walk to Battersea Park, 12 min walk to Clapham Common)
🚆5 min walk to Queenstown Road Station (5 min regular train to Waterloo) - kinda want to gatekeep this lol.
💷 £1150 a month, deposit is one months rent
🛌 The room is huge and comes with built in storage and bedside tables, however I can source a bed if required.
🧳 Very spacious room with double doors into the patio area, plus lots of storage around the flat. Will be professionally cleaned prior to move in (housemate is just in the process of moving out so sorry for a bit of mess!).
👯‍♀️ Sharing with myself. I’m 24 and have been working in Tech Sales in the city for 3 years. I’m in the office most days. I’m very sociable and like to keep fit and active so definately keen to share with someone who shares similar interests!
👩🏻 Our landlord and estate agent are really lovely and easily contactable on whatsapp - they let us paint the flat and change anything we want etc.
🚽 There’s one modern bathroom that was redone last year.
👩‍🍳 Massive kitchen for two people, it’s fully stocked with all appliances/utensils. (We struggled to fill all the cupboards 😂)
🏡 The street is incredibley quiet for the location and everyone who lives on our road is so lovely and we do have a real neighbourly feel.
🌳 Inbetween both Clapham Common and Battersea Park.
😌I’ve put in a lot of effort to make the flat a really nice space, so looking for someone equally respectful and tidy. As much as I love a bev/night out, I won’t be brining it back to the house at the end of the night (this isn’t a party flat!).
