Room available 1st March in friendly 4 bed house

We are looking for a friendly mid-late twenties professional female to join us in our fully furnished 4 bed, 2 bath house. Available from 1st March 2026. The rent is £800 excluding bills (bills are no more than £100 per month) totalling £900 per person per calendar month.

About the house:

The room is on the top floor of the house and shares a bathroom with one other (Holly). The room comes fully furnished with a double bed, wardrobe and chest of draws. Please note the desk in the photos does not come with the room.

There is a communal sitting room, kitchen, and dining room / conservatory. We have a lovely garden and parking out the front (cheap permit required). It is a generally quiet street that is set back from the main road. We are a 5 min walk to Nine Elms, a 10 min walk to both Stockwell and Vauxhall, and a 15 min walk to Battersea Power Station - so we are very well connected! The closest shop is a very large Sainsburys a 5 min walk away.

About us:

We are all friendly professional females between 26-29 who enjoy sitting down together to watch a show, taking a trip to Battersea, going to a pub quiz etc. but equally all have our own lives outside the house. You can see us pictured on the listing! Left to right it’s Holly third, Lauren fourth and Liss sixth in the picture - taken on a house trip to Battersea fireworks (the other girls pictured are old housemates who we’ve made friends with).
