Room to rent SW8 - with Private Bathroom

This is a bright, modern and spacious 2B2B flat and my current flatmate is sadly moving out due to work relocations, therefore I’m seeking a replacement tenant to join me!

Available end of January/start of February 2026 and it’s 7 months before tenancy end in Mid-September(with an option to extend). The agency with this property is overall responsive if there’s something down.

The flat is in a modern building on the 3rd floor with lifts - downstairs we have a 24/7 concierge and security. All the necessary appliances are also included - some belong to me but you’d be very welcomed to use :))

You’d be living in a double bedroom with a private balcony and using an independent bathroom(yes, no need to share the bathroom). Great sound insulation in the room as well.

Re the location - the flat is a bang-on. We have a Puregym and a Tesco Express just downstairs. A 7-min walk from both Nine Elms(with a huge Sainsbury’s and Asian grocery store nearby) and Stockwell tube station. A 15-min walk to the Battersea Power Station where you can get a lot of great food and the access to amazing shops. Also a bus stop just downstairs that can take you to Vauxhall under 10 mins or to Holborn/Waterloo within 20 mins.

About me - a final-year undergrad student who’s drowning in his dissertation, so will be very quiet and calm. I would love to get to know my flatmate if you want as well. Seeking someone to keep the flat tidy together, and to have a friendly and homely vibe.
