Hey! My flatmate is moving out and I’m looking for his replacement from 01/05/2026.
We live in a beautiful 2 bed, 2 bath luxury apartment in Sky Gardens, Vauxhall on 28th floor.
You will have your own large family bathroom with a bath and a lot of storage and a smaller double room with built in wardrobe, double bed, 2 bedside tables, full length mirror and a chest of drawers.
We have a spacious open plan living room and kitchen with a dishwasher and I also have a flatscreen TV, air fryer and nespresso coffee machine available for use for the new flatmate.
Room is available from 01/05/2026 and is £1650 pcm payable directly to the landlord. Bills come to about £430-£440 pcm on average (each) managed on Splitwise (this is for council tax, heating/cooling/hot water, cold water, internet, electricity and weekly cleaner).
You will need to be able to pass referencing, affordability checks and pay a deposit that will be agreed with the Lettings agency - StrawberryStar Lettings.

Outside of work, I love cooking, going to the gym, dancing, concerts, trying new brunch spots and restaurants with my friends and boyfriend, reading and more. I’m very clean, an early bird, and usually like an early night too. I don’t have a preference on sharing with men or women, albeit I only ever shared this apartment with men. LGBTQ+ friendly household, I don’t discriminate.
Would ideally like to find someone who works in the office full time or WFH 1/2 times week.
Would be looking for a professional, preferably aged between 27-35, who is clean, respectful and just overall a decent human being.
