Hi! My awesome flatmate is moving out and I’m looking for his replacement from December 16th 2025. Our current tenancy agreement is until end of April 2026, but I will be extending so if you’re a great fit - we can extend together!

We live in a beautiful 2 bed, 2 bath luxury apartment in Sky Gardens, Vauxhall.

You will have your own large family bathroom with a bath and a lot of storage and a smaller double room with built in wardrobe, small double bed and 3 chest of drawers. I have an en-suite. Open plan, spacious living room and kitchen with a dishwasher and I also have a flatscreen TV, air fryer and nespresso coffee machine available for use for the new flatmate.

Room is available from 16th December 2025 and is £1550 pcm. Bills come to about £320-£350 pcm on average (each) managed on Splitwise (includes council tax, wifi, electricity, heating/hot water, water bill). You will need to be able to pass referencing and pay a deposit that will be agreed with the letting agency.
