The room is available from February (we’re flexible but the room needs to be filled end of February latest). It’s a sunny room in the downstairs of the flat.
The flat has 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and 1 toilet. It also has a lounge and kitchen. There is on street parking available through purchasing a permit with the council.

The rent is £813.34 monthly and the deposit is £961.33.

You will be living with myself and George Flwr. We love a gig whether that’s pop music or a rave, and we’re obsessed with the Traitors. About us:

The flats closest station is Wandsworth Road. It is also a short walk away from Clapham North, Stockwell and Nine Elms. We are by amazing bus links too which is super handy!

About you:
Some in their mid 20’s to mid 30’s. Someone who’s out and about and loves to socialise! Overall we’re looking for someone who we’d get along with and fits our vibe.

Accessibility Info:
The flat is on the 3rd floor via stairs in a block of flats. There is no lift. The room is on the ground floor in the flat but there’s stairs (13 steps) to the 1st floor of the flat to access the main bathroom and shower. You need to step into the bath to access the shower head.
