Double Room between Clapham North and Stockwell

I’m moving out of my lovely double room, located between Clapham North and Stockwell stations, and we’re looking for someone to take over my room from around 21st August (there’s a bit of flexibility with the move-in date if needed).

The rent is £878 including bills, which is obviously quite rare for such a great location!

The room is bright with a double bed, and the flat has a shared kitchen/living area that gets loads of natural light too. The location is really great - the flat is in walking distance of Clapham Common, Battersea Power Station, and lots of nice cafés, pubs, gyms and supermarkets nearby with excellent transport links for the Victoria, Northern and Mildmay lines. 😊

You’ll be living with 3 friendly girls in their early to mid-20s, so looking for another girl, roughly 21–26, who is easy-going, clean and looking for a relaxed, sociable home.
