Room To Let Now

The room is spacious, quiet and overlooks the garden. The room is furnished and very luminous. The bathroom is shared with one other person. There is a shower in the bath.

My wife and myself also live in the house with our 18y old son. Our son is a student and we are professionals. We all lead busy lives. We enjoy entertaining but we don't over do it. It is also nice just to be able to relax or have a barbecue in the garden.

The local amenities are excellent. We have a Lidl, Tesco and Sainsburys all within walking distance. There are a number of good local gastro pubs and various Portuguese cafes. If you are sporty there a good quantity of local gyms. We also have two parks near by both of which have tennis courts. The best thing is that Stockwell is so central

The transport is excellent. We have the Northern and Victoria lines. Oxford Circus in 15 minutes. There are a good number of busses as well as night busses and for the sporty we have the Barclays bikes very close by.
