Our apartment is located on the 3rd floor which is accessed via stairs or the communal lift. There is a very spacious kitchen/dining/living area with it's own balcony. The bedroom is very spacious and comes fully furnished with a bed, 2 bedside tables and large mirrored, fitted wardrobes. We may be willing to provide the additional furniture in the room ― we can discuss when you are viewing. We also have a second fridge in the kitchen that could potentially be left if required.

Bathroom has a nice powerful shower and is shared with 1 other room.

Stockwell tube station is a 8-10 minute walk for the Victoria and Northern line. Clapham North tube station is also an 8-10 minute walk. Wandsworth Road station is a 3-4 minute walk for overground trains. Excellent bus links nearby (77, 87, N87, 452 & P5). Close to Vauxhall for additional buses, tube and trains.

Clapham Common is a 15 minute walk south Battersea Park is a 15 minute walk north. There is a 24 hour gym 5 minutes away along Wandsworth road next to a Tesco and many other convenient/grocery stores.
