The nearest tube stations are Nine Elms, Stockwell and Vauxhall. We are also a 5 minutes walk from Wandsworth Road Overground Station. Buses going to Clapham Junction, Brixton and Vauxhall are available outside the door. The location is great as we are within reasonable distance of everywhere. We are also within a walkable distance of Battersea Park, Battersea Power Station and Clapham Common.
There is a large kitchen and also a separate living room. There are 2 balconies and 1 large bathroom upstairs and there is also a separate toilet downstairs. There are 3 bedrooms in total. For 4 people the house is very spacious.
Bills come to circa 125 per month these include electricity and gas, TV Licence, council tax , water, internet and a cleaner who comes on a fortnightly basis . The landlord will complete a reference check on all potential tenants.
This is a non -smoking house .Please do not apply if you’re a student. We also would like someone who is a professional, friendly , respectful of other people’s space and who is clean. We enjoy cooking, watching sports, going to the gym , reading and eating out.
