There is one bedroom available in a fantastic flat share which is between Clapham, Stockwell and Nine Elms.

The nearest tube stations are Nine Elms, Stockwell and Vauxhall. We are also a 5 minutes walk from Wandsworth Road Overground Station. Buses going to Clapham Junction, Brixton and Vauxhall are available outside the door. The location is great as we are within reasonable distance of everywhere. We are also within a walkable distance of Battersea Park, Battersea Power Station and Clapham Common.

There is a large kitchen and also a separate living room. There are 2 balconies and 1 large bathroom upstairs with a shower/bath, a toilet and a sink. There is also a separate toilet downstairs which is beside this bedroom. For 3 people the house is very spacious.

Bills included in the rent are £77.77 each and consist of council tax, broadband and water bills. We use direct debit to pay this into the landlords's account monthly. The other bills come to £70-80 a month. These include Gas and Electricity, cleaner, house hold items and TV licence.

This is a non -smoking house and we are looking for a female/male professional who is friendly, respectful and tidy. Please do not apply if you’re a student. This is a very spacious house if you are working from home. We have 2 balconies so there is plenty of outdoor space here.

We have a very good landlord who is reasonable and conscientious. He will carry out reference checks prior to moving in.
