Hello,

I have a large double room available in 3 person flat share.

I’m ideally looking for professional females for a long term let. I’m 32 years old and work in HR.

Room is £850 per month inclusive of bills.

Comes with double double bed frame and mattress, two inbuilt wardrobes and desk, chair and mirror.

The house is a really lovely, bright home, and has a large living room, kitchen and downstairs bathroom, as well as outdoor terrace.

The area is lovely not far from Brixton and Clapham (two of my favourite places to go on a weekend). 2 minute from Oval tube stations and a 10 minute walk to the thames.

I also have a 1 year old cat so you must be ok with this :)
