My housemate is moving out so I’m looking for a new housemate to fill his space. The flat is situated in the Stockwell / Oval area, located in a quiet area just off the Clapham road. It is within a 10-minute walk of Stockwell and Oval tube stations with Clapham and Brixton area a short walk or cycle away.

The flat consists of two double bedrooms and well-sized living room/kitchen area with plenty of natural light and windows throughout. The room is a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. There are double glazed windows throughout and plenty of storage space in the flat. The flat is fully furnished with a dishwasher and washing machine.

The rent would be £900per month plus bills (utilities, internet.)

I am a young professional who is active and enjoys the outdoors and going for a beer, also happy to chill out and watch some tv after work.
