It’s a two bedroom furnished flat on a quiet road in a converted terraced house. It has a shared lounge, kitchen, dining room and bathroom spread over the top two floors.
We have a lovely little garden shared with the flat below, which is great for BBQs an hangs out in the summer.

The room is a decent size room (12sqm/129sqft) with a double bed with bedside table, chest of drawers and wardrobe and has a window over looking the garden. It doesn't have a desk but there is space for it.
The location
The flat is situated in a great location - a five minute walk to Clapham North Station (overground and Northern line) and less than a 10 minute walk to Brixton station (Victoria line) meaning you have two really different and vibrant communities. There are also two of the best pubs in South London just round the corner (the Duke of Edinburgh and the Landor).
The price
Rent is £775 per person which includes council tax and water. Other bills (gas & electricity and internet + TV) come to approx £100 each.
A bit about me - Your future flat mate
I’m social, mature and tidy. I’m a professional and work regular office hours 4 days a week and 1 day from home on fridays. I’m pretty chilled, happy down the pub with a beer or watching a movie at home on our big screen. I like to cook and gardening, diy in general and good movies. I look forward to meeting you when I show you the place!
