Double Room In Modern Flat

Looking for a flatmate and a friend!
Hoping to find a professional or a student to share my flat with. Room comes furnished, but I can take the furnish out if you want to bring your own. I am very tidy, hence, I'd like my flatmate to be tidy as well. The flat is located in a new modern development, between Oval and Stockwell stations, so you will have access to Victoria and Northern LIne, taking you to Central in about 10 mins. Bus stop on Clapham Road is 3 mins walking, buses routes 155 and 333, connecting to elephant and castle or tooting. Brixton Road Bus stop is 5 mins walking, buses routes 159,415,133,59,3 connecting to central or streatham, in general the area is well connected. Very near to Vauxhall, Clapham, Kennigton and Brixton which have lots of bars and restaurants. There is a Tesco just 2 mins walking and a Lidl 5 mins walking. Additionally, there is a The Gym 2 mins away and a Leisure Club with Pool, Jacuzzi, sauna and gym just across the street!
No smoking in the flat, but there is a smoking área in the building.
