Double bedroom in sociable modern home

Hello all! We are looking for someone to join our home. My name is Ben, and I work as a doctor. I've lived in the house for 7 years.
I live with two delightful friends, Ed (another doctor – apologies in advance for medic chat) and Ruth (a consultant).

We are looking for a laid-back, but tidy housemate.

We are an outgoing group so would love someone up for coming to the pub/festivals/skiing with us. But for the same reason we can all frequently be out the house in the evenings doing our own thing.

I’m pretty picky with who I live with which has always meant I’ve had lovely housemates over the years so please send me a full description of you, your job, hobbies, and how your flat search has been coming along so far. Sorry to be particular about that.

The location:
Right in the middle of Stockwell (8 minute walk), Clapham North (7 minute walk), Brixton (10 minute walk). Quiet street. Good amount of garden sunlight.

The house:
The four-bedroom(+basement) house itself is very comfortable and spacious for all with a big open-plan modern kitchen that leads into the walled garden out back - perfect for BBQs. The living room is also very large with a big TV for those evenings in. We have a wonderful cleaner who comes every 2 weeks and keeps the place looking great (included in bills).

The bedroom (see video):
The room is a fully furnished double on the first floor that faces the garden with space for a small/medium-sized desk. It has new double-glazed windows and has been re-painted this month ahead of someone moving in. The bed was also recently upgraded to an Ottoman so there’s extra storage and the cupboards and drawers have been upgraded within the last two years.

The bathroom (see picture):
Also on the first floor, will be shared with Ruth. The shower has recently been upgraded.

As a house we enjoy a trip to the pub together when our schedules align and have been known to throw the occasional social-gathering/house-party. However, we are all extremely respectful of each other’s space and work-schedules.
