We're looking for a new flatmate to join our wonderful home in one of London's coolest areas. Our spacious and modern three-bedroom flat is just a hop, skip, and jump away from Stockwell, Brixton, and Clapham North tube stations.

You'll have a stunning, spacious double room with plenty of storage.

A bright and beautiful living room with an electrically adjustable double sofa, a 50-inch flatscreen TV, and loads of natural light.

A modern kitchen equipped with everything you need: an oak dining set, a spacious fridge-freezer, a dishwasher, and a washing machine.

A large, L-shaped balcony perfect for relaxing and enjoying the view.

Warm and well-insulated, keeping you comfy all year round.

Great access to tube stations and buses, so getting around is a breeze.

What's Included:

All bills are covered (except gas and electricity, which are around £30-£35 per person per month).

Fast broadband to keep you connected.

Short-term lets are considered at £400 per week or £1,400 per month (all included).
