We are on the hunt for the third Smurf/smurfette to join our cool and cosy place available to move from early nov onward.

New washer dryer. Air fryer. Etc. very comfy thick mattress. There is a two door cupboard. A very comfy bed and a study table that can be folded away.

Close to tube with northern and Victoria line. Walking distance to Clapham and Brixton.

Move in from end of September or early October as current flatmate job will be moving and I’m trying to help her fill the room quickly as possible to reduce her commute days.

Shared lounge. I work from
Home. I would prefer the others to not be working from home all the time, unless from their rooms or sometimes the dining table.

Easy going. Clean flat. Small balcony. Lots of light. New bathroom. Carpets and paint.

5 min walk to Stockwell tube station. Cul de sac location. Quiet.

Virgin WiFi. I have Netflix. Apple TV. Paramount that all can use whilst I have these.

Bills included : gas. Electric. Council tax. Water. WiFi. Service charges. Cleaner.

US: we are two professionals, I’m in middle management role and love cooking and relaxing to music and especially jazz on Sunday morning with a coffee on the balcony and Faruk just started his grad scheme in IT role in and focused on excelling in his career too, both clean and organised and love the movie catch ups/ adult chats in shared living spaces and the walk around the parks and Brixton for that amazing array of food options.

Will be great to find someone who looks after our home as their own.
