We are two female professionals looking for a new flatmate to live with us in our 3 bed flat in Lambeth. We have a double bedroom available on second floor (no lift access).

We share a lounge/ dining room, kitchen and bathroom (bath and shower).
The flat is furnished with a fully fitted kitchen, including dishwasher and washing machine/ tumble dryer.

Very large shared garden with bbq and fire pit available for use. Bike lockers also available.

We are situated a 10 minute walk from Oval station (Northern line), 15 min walk from Stockwell station (Victoria line) and 20 min walk from Brixton station (overground).

We are really close (just outside!) to bus routes with buses (including night buses) into the city centre and towards Brixton.

We are really well situated for local amenities, including several supermarkets within close walking distance, restaurants and bars, pharmacy, post office etc.

Rent £1000 pcm. Bills not included, estimated £150 per month, including WiFi.
