Lodger wanted to house share with friendly gay couple. We are both professionals x1 part-time, x1 work from home 3 days a week. We are sociable and easy-going, into sport, music, cooking, tv and travel, looking for someone who would be respectful of the flat and also easy-going.

Room: Fully furnished decent-sized double bedroom available in maisonette with garden located on the Camberwell/Brixton border. Room is available for a single occupant. It includes double bed, one chest of drawers, a large double wardrobe (with x2 drawers), one bedside table, and a large mirror. The room has a light and airy feel.

Rent : £900 pcm including bills. Bills include gas and electric, water, TV licence, superfast broadband, and council tax (band B).

Deposit: £900.

There is a shared bathroom (separate bathroom/toilet), kitchen (including washing machine and dishwasher), lounge/office and garden, all exceptionally clean. The outside is ideal for sitting out on hot summer days.

Location/Transport: The property is in a quiet location. The centres of both Brixton and Camberwell are in easy walking distance. There is a bus stop across the road (P5) and Brixton Road is a 5-minute walk away with loads of bus routes providing easy access to Clapham and Central London. Loughborough Junction is just under a 15-minute walk. Denmark Hill Overground, Oval, Stockwell and Brixton tubes are all just over a 15-minute walk away (20 minutes if you walk at a leisurely pace) so you are spoilt for choice in terms of transport links. There is plenty of residents parking. A permit would need to be purchased (less than £40 per annum) prior to use. The lovely Myatts Field Park is just a 5 minute walk away.
